Having blog issues

Hi all....I can't seem to get my blog to do anything I want it to do. I may be stuck for eternity with the happy halloween graphic, as I can't get it to go away. And I lost my bloglist. Great.

Anyway....bear with me as I go thru changes for the next few days!
